The buttons for the page builder are misshapen and mis-aligned when your plugin is active. They are formatted correctly when your plugin is deactivated.
Here is what they look like side by side, with your plugin activated (left) and your plugin deactivated (right): image

In reply to: [Better Admin Help Tabs] Compatibility issue with another pluginat this point, I would recommend logging in from a completely separate computer and seeing if the problem still exists. If it does, it is definitely something in your particular WP config.

I have tried in several browsers and in both Mac and PC. There must be something unique to your setup. I would recommend trying on another computer and browser just to see if it is happening there.

I have tested on two sites with WP 3.9.1 and see no issues. Both plugins activated, easily able to add menu icon, no spacing issues I can detect. You might try changing your theme to see if it is related to your theme code.
