I renamed the mu-plugins and tried that still the issue persists

Yes I tried the default 3 themes also and different administrator login has same issueForum: Plugins

I’m using plain permalink I renamed the whole plugins folder and checked everything looks , I almost done every possible waysForum: Plugins

I can able to create, trash the post but not able to edit it
And also i’m not able to view the plugin setting it shows “you are not allowed to access this page”
got struck and restricted on post edit even the default wordpress post and plugin settings
