For some reason,my side widget(search box) isshowing at bottom of my posts. can someone help me.

My Widgets are showing at bottom of the website and my menu also minimized. (1 post)
Today i upgraded to new version of wordpress.
Soon after i am seeing my widgets are showing at the bottom.
and my menu items are minimized.

Can anybody pls give solution to this.
