I have the same problem on my website.
http://www.deanrichter.com.au like and send buttons were being used fine until yesterday. Now they have disappeared from my blog posts. I have had to start using other facebook plugins, but I would prefer to use this one. I have deleted and reinstalled through wp as well as FTP. I have also tried resetting different fields and saving the settings but it makes no difference.
