I’m using Avada and on my property page, I have a broken image icon instead of a featured image. In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Stuck at Restoring database…I have to apologize for my previous post. It doesn’t help to just complain. I had the same problem with it hanging forever.
I finally downloaded my uploads folder and deleted all the pics except for the original sizes. I made a full backup first. I then upped those uploads again and only lost 2 pics. Not too bad at all.
I decided to try this plugin again and I chose to skip export of the uploads folder just in case. Ran the export and it worked great. Some of the link in text boxes didn’t change but a find and replace will fix that. All the links from all menus have the new url which was what I hoped for. I’m sure that decreasing the size made the difference.
