I believe there are lots of different ways to do this but I found an easy way – a nice plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/unique-headers/It adds a different header using the Featured Image box.

I made a Custom Form but its not showing on the page.
Also I want a form that allows up to five images to be loaded at once but custom fields doesnt allow creation of additional file uploads?

SarahI have made some progress but I would really like to edit the fields, is that possible and if so how? I am not up with php enough to make a custom template…is there a way just to edit the text on the form?
