I have this same problem. Has there been any word from the developer? It seems that this plugin simply won’t work with phplist because it has no way of handing over the confirmemail field, which seems surprising.

I am having this same problem. The plugin needs to provide this field
<input type=text name=emailconfirm value=”” size=”40″>
to the form, I believe.
Danny, have you created a new version that works with phplist yet? As it stands, it seems that there’s no way to make it work with phplist even though that’s listed as an option.
Thanks!
