Well luckly my page is static with very few pages additions, however sometimes i have new posts. You have two options (none perfect):
- For french popup select “All posts”. For English one select the “Show all pages/posts except” and check the french posts to not show the french ones. At least you will have 1 language for sure.
- Same as above but write a little script to updated the the popup settings (adding new post ids). If you are a php coder this would take you no more than 30 min to write.

i chose “All Languages” for WPML (top bar in wp-admin). The i chose the english pages to appear for the english popup and french pages to appear for the french popup
What i did end up doing is i created 2 popups with same mailchimp code. One popup in french and one in english
