Thank you for your help, we have disabled the reCAPTCHA plugin now to see if this resolves the issue, I will get in touch if the error occurs again with it disabled.

To answer your questions the best I can:
- It appears to be the card payment option, but we don’t have a very large sample size for this error
- We have only received one customers feedback on a failed order where they stated ‘ReCAPTCHA verification kept timing out in less than a minute’
- From what we can determine, we have had 2 customers orders fail recently, one from the Falkland Islands and another from Sweden.

There was no fatal error log on that day the issue occurred after the failed order time. So i don’t think I can provide this log right now.

No, Only use the woo commerce emails, do I need to add some code to the .php file on the email?
