Good news, at least you found the cause and didn’t go in for the hard-coding “fix.”
@hommealone We ended up having to change the address of our admin account since that was the only email the plugin would pull no matter what we tried. Even trying plugins like “WP Correct “wordpress” sender mail” were useless against it. 🙂
