Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Elementor v4 has been frustrating.
We understand that major updates—especially ones that introduce changes to the interface or workflows—can feel disruptive, particularly if you’re used to a previous version. Our goal with these updates is to improve performance, flexibility, and long-term usability, but we know that adjustments can take time. For the meantime you can simply keep using V3 as we plan to keep updating both.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback—we truly value it.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - more than just a page builder] Elementor popupHi,
I’m sorry about the persistent pop‑up you’re experiencing. That notification should disappear after you click “Got it,” so it sounds like something isn’t functioning as expected. First, try the following:
- Clear your browser’s cookies and local storage in addition to the cache.
- Ensure that both Elementor and Elementor Pro are updated to the latest versions.
- Temporarily deactivate any caching or optimization plugins to see if they’re preventing the pop‑up from closing.
If the issue persists, we suggest opening a support ticket.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - more than just a page builder] speed too slowHi,
We’re sorry that you’re experiencing delays when updating your pages. Long save times can often be caused by server resources, caching conflicts or third‑party plugins. To troubleshoot:
- Ensure that your WordPress, theme and plugins are all up to date.
- Try disabling other plugins temporarily to see if the save time improves.
- Check your hosting environment (PHP version, memory limit) to make sure it meets Elementor’s recommended requirements.
Thank you for the feedback.

Thank you for sharing your honest openion on this matter. I have taken the feedback and will share it with our product design team. I’d encourage you to reach out to support at feedback@support.elementor.com with your issue details & suggestions so that our team can learn from such feedback and keep them in mind for future. With that just so you know function wise ( how a page is edited, features are still same ). The only change in the recent UI was of the main Elementor menu.

Regards,Hi, I’m sorry to hear about your experience and the issue you encountered. We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work as expected.
While some complex issues may take time to fully resolve, please know that we take recurring bugs seriously, and feedback like yours helps our team prioritize improvements.
Just to clarify, Elementor Core and Elementor Pro are separate products with different features and functionality. Upgrading to Pro does not change or replace the Core plugin behavior — it adds additional capabilities on top of it.
We’d appreciate it if you could reach out to our support team at feedback@support.elementor.com with more details about the issue you’re experiencing. This will allow us to investigate further and better understand your case.
We truly value your feedback and the time you took to share it.
