Hi,
Thank you so much for your prompt response and for resolving the issue!
I’m happy to report that the “Post by Email” feature is now working perfectly. I really appreciate the adjustments made on your end to ensure compatibility with iCloud’s new infrastructure. Thanks again for your help, and I look forward to continuing to use this feature without any issues.
Thank you for your response. I have reviewed the error message in detail, and here are the findings:
- The issue occurs across all WordPress sites I manage, not just a single site.
- The error appears in the bounce-back email when sending a message from my iCloud account to the Jetpack Post by Email address.
- The full error message is:

(in reply to RCPT TO command)- The issue started on March 9, 2025, and no changes were made to any of my sites before that date.
- Emails sent from a Gmail account work fine, so the issue appears to be specific to iCloud email addresses.
It seems that Jetpack’s mail server is rejecting emails from iCloud due to an SPF-related policy issue.
Could you confirm if there were any recent changes on Jetpack’s side that might be causing this?Is there any workaround to allow iCloud emails to be accepted again?
