I got the emails. Gmail marked them with a [SPAM] label, so perhaps that’s how I missed them the first time around. Thank you! I’ll submit a post on the pro support.
I have a receipt that shows I purchased Cooked Pro, but the email address on the receipt doesn’t work to login on the link you provided. It says no user with that username is registered. Same thing if I try a password recovery. And when I click on “view invoice in browser” in the email, it says “Receipt could not be retrieved, your purchase session has expired.”
Is something wrong with my account?
