I’ve cleared the cache through a force on WordPress numerous times and also cleared the browser history (full) on all browsers I’ve tried.

The plugin is not installed but it is displaying on both my staging and live websites even after clearing my cache multiple times and trying multiple browsers. Is there some other place the code is living that I need to remove?
