i’ve doen everything you ask me to do, I have a very good internet connection ( 100Mbps so I don’t know why I would be getting a time out
Why is this happening, well, from my end, all I see is, before Guthenberg, no problem, everything works as it should, guthenberg thrust on to me ( why ) and now not working
Maybe there is an issue with my server/ site, which is so small it did not affect anything, but with guthenberg it does
still, logic has the finger pointing at this new guthenberg being the issue
so why can’t things just be left alone
4 days now where I can’t post, and you are guiding me to fix it, but we are not getting anywhere
so yes, I am going to have to hire someone , which will cost me money, and again, all this because soneone at word press thought it would be a good idea
so to that person, big thanks- This reply was modified 7 years, 7 months ago by sonnyphotos.

In reply to: WordPress classic editorHi
ok, deactivating all other plug in except health check
when you say something is likely broken om my site, do you mean the word press admin site or my actual blog site ?
ok, still giving me the time out
also, I was not having these issues before word press activated guthenberg, I was doing fine up until then

In reply to: WordPress classic editorJust deactivated the classic editor and disable guthenberg plug ins, to give it another go and explore it
But now it won’t even allow me to upload a photo, as soon as I try, it gives me an error message saying The response is not a valid JSON response
and at the top another message saying updating failed ( so I checked in the dashboard in updates, and it says I’m all up to date and have latest word press installed )Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WordPress classic editorI’m wondering if it maybe has something to do with my theme/layout, as it was developed for me. So it is not one of those pre set theme’s

In reply to: WordPress classic editorHi ,
when I use the new editor it kept telling me as soon as I added a photo ( and I was used to just putting 20-30 photos in at once and then adding my terxt in between the photos ) that there was an error in saving, I tried to publish as a test anyway, but did not publish.
And by the look of it, it looks like it would make posting slower for me, could not see all my categories and tags that I have built up over 13 years on my blog
The red dots instead of photos is like…… .. ……. . …. ………………. … …… .. . .
………. … . ……….but in red
, also, when I check under all posts and click on my last post, none of the pgotos that have been added show up in the editor page ( but they are still on the published post )
