We checked your site and it showing as you are using old version of blog designer plugin. There is already a new version available in wordpress repositery and you can direct update it from your wordpress backend panel.
That load time issue is already resolved in new version of blog designer plugin.

upgrade plugin with latest version and check your issue.
If not solved then kindly deactivate other plugins and check if ‘Trash Duplicate and 301 Redirect’ plugin conflicts with other plugins or not.Thank You.

Plugin does not provide feature to auto delete duplicate posts. You have to create cron file that will run on every hour and add code to auto delete posts in cron file.

Can you please mention as you are talking about backend or frontend?
Is this issue because of Blog Designer plugin?
please try to deactivate blog designer plugin and check if issue is still there or not and then update us.if might happen some time one plugin script conflict with other plugins or custom theme.
Also share you website links so we can check it.
