If you deactivate any plugin with wordpress then that will never affect the current version of site. Blog Designer not doing anything with your theme files and with other plugins.
If you would like to try as upload theme files again then you can try it but backup whole current thing first and then make that changes with website.

That is already one content setting options available in blog designer panel. You can change font size and any other stuff which is available in that panel.
But you can’t change font family, line-height, etc. as we are not providing that support with lite version.

This is a blog designer lite version available at wordpress.org. We already launched pro version of blog designer at our site and you can checkout difference between via this link.
Blog Designer PRO plugin also not provide category and post pages support currently, but with our next updates that are included. Currently, we are finalizing that feature with PRO version and that update will release in near future.
(Note: We are not looking for same support with lite version.)

Use big image size like 1200×560 to get proper thumbnail image with any blog layouts if you are using Blog Designer PRO plugin.

Can you please share your website link with us for solve the issue regarding avartan slider in mobile view.

You are looking for frontend tracking for your subscriber users, if I am not wrong here.
User activity log plugin is only provide support of user activities like login, post added, etc.
I don’t think this is possible with your plugin, but am hoping to see if this is configurable.
