That may be because of your server issue.

Can you please provide some more details as which blog designer version you are using, lite or PRO?
If you are using lite version of Blog Designer plugin and you are requesting for same features then you have to move with PRO version. Because that is the limitation of lite version as you can use any single loop with any single page.
And if you are already using PRO version of Blog Designer plugin then please create your support ticket at support.solwininfotech.com. We are not providing any PRO version support here.

Can you please check your active plugin list? Is there any tweaky plugin you have installed with your site?
How can you check that thing? Follow below steps:
Please check blog designer plugin screenshots and compare your current UI of Blog Designer. If you are not getting same then there is one plugin installed with your website that creating confliction with Blog Designer plugin. Please deactivate one by one and try to save blog designer data.
If you have emergency with your site and want urgent help then you can create ticket also at our support site.

Blog Designer plugin will provide you an ability to decorate blog page or template.
You can set/update permalink via default WordPress Settings panel. Please log in with your admin area and find Settings > Permalinks options.
Best suitable options is a “Post name“. Select that option and Save Changes.

Blog Designer only provide one single shortcode. You can use same shortcode at multiple places but that output will be same all time.
If you are willing to show some useful post loops data with different settings and with different designs also then you should move with Blog Designer PRO version.
