I have finally found the problem. The problem was in FireFTP (Firefox extension). Something strange must happen with the FireFTP sins last Firefox upgrade…
When I try to use Dreamweaver everything was find.
So I had to install a new WP and theme and use my Dreamweaver to upload the files.
And now is everything fine again. 🙂
I don´t have figure out a solution for this problem, so I try again…

Open the file in a preview or something if you want to study my files.
I also have set chmode on 0755 on all folders and files except for the upload folder/files who is set on 0777.
Somebody heard about a problem like this?
Hope for a solution very soon…
Take the mo file out of its folder and put it directly in the folder /languages.
It work for me.
