I was having issues too, i got it working now. If you delete whatever you have in the “permalinks” field under wordpress-link-directory, it will work. It just gives ugly permalinks, but works fine.
I must have missed this part in the installation instructions:
Add this [wplinkdir] to the page you want to be your directory homepage.
Problem resolved.
Hey guys need some help, should be an easy one for yall.
I’m trying to figure out what to put in the permalinks field so that I can easily find my directory. links isn’t working (maybe because I already have a links page).
I would like to be able to put it on a page or in a simple directory like http://www.mysite.com/directory/ … but i don’t know how to do that. But first and foremost I just want to be able to find my directory homepage.
This is my default permalinks setup for the majority of my blog:
/%category%/%postname%/
