Buongiorno,

grazie per la segnalazione. E’ un problema che non siamo riusciti a simulare, ma è la seconda volta che ci viene segnalato, per cui pensiamo possa dipendere da qualche impostazione del server che ha in hosting il suo sito.
Se ci scrive a info@softrade.it mandandoci un account administrator temporaneo possiamo fare dei test.

both requests can be fulfilled with our add-ons, which will be soon available:

1. SmartCRM Advanced add-on:

– users import from other plugins (i.e. woocommerce)
– custom datasets (i.e. customers, suppliers, partners…)
– custom fields (text, select, radio button, checkbox, date)
– a more “user friendly” scheduler
– file upload for customers
– sending of emails to customers with documents attached (invoices and quotations)
– custom template for agents (optionable)

2. WOOCRM add-on

– customers added automatically into CRM after a purchase
– invoices created automatically after a purchase
– creation of invoice/quotation by getting directly woocommerce products
– orders grid with statistics

Both add-ons will be constantly updated with new functionalities.

Salve, probabilmente la sua è una versione di php che non supporta la sintassi che abbiamo usato e che stiamo via via modificando anche per le versioni più vecchie.
Vedo che ha un’installazione locale, per cui, se è abbastanza pratico, dovrebbe aprire il file C:\Program Files\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-smart-crm-invoices-free\inc\functions.php con un editor di testo, andare alla riga 1982 e modificare la riga

$taxObj=[];

con

$taxObj=array();

A quel punto salvi il file e riprovi l’installazione. Gli altri due errori non dovrebbero impedire il corretto funziomento del plugin.
