riguardo la prima domanda, si assicuri di aver inserito l’iva nelle impostazioni dei documenti (utilità->impostazoni->documenti) e che compaia l’aliquota all’interno della riga del documento.
In caso sia tutto impostato correttamente e sia solo un problema di stampa, ci contatti via email in modo che possiamo assisterla meglio (info[at]softrade.it)Per la seconda questione, se ho ben capito vorrebbe differenziare fatture attive e fatture passive. E’ una funzionalità che non abbiamo previsto, ma nella versione PRO abbiamo introdotto le categorie dei contatti, in modo da poterli differenziare (es. clienti, fornitori, collaboratori, studenti, docenti, ecc), e inoltre è possibile caricare dei file sui contatti, che nel suo caso potrebbero essere le fatture passive.
Restiamo a disposizione per parlarne in dettaglio.

Le fatture vengono create con una procedura che bypassa il caricamento nei media di WordPress.
Puoi trovare i pdf dentro la cartella uploads/CRMfiles, scaricabili anche direttamente dalla gestione documenti del CRM.
Vedremo se implementare in futuro anche il caricamento nella libreria media.Buona serata, e grazie ancora 🙂

Sì, hai ragione. Intanto puoi aggiornare il flag manualmente sulla singola fattura.

non riusciamo a replicare l’errore. La versione di php non dovrebbe dare problemi, al massimo abbiamo riscontrato qualche problema con versioni troppo vecchie.

we cannot find the issue. We created a new customer, set country to Ireland, saved, and the country is still Ireland. Then we changed country for an existing customer, and still the result is ok.

in free version you cannot modify a TODO/Appointment.You have to cancel the Todo and make a new one.
We’re about to release an Advanced CRM addon with a more user-friendly scheduler where you can move/clone/modify an event.
This addon has many other features, such as:– users import from other plugins (i.e. woocommerce)
– custom datasets (i.e. customers, suppliers, partners…)
– custom fields (text, select, radio button, checkbox, date)
– file upload for customers
– sending of emails to customers with documents attached (invoices and quotations)
– custom template for agents (optionable)and other in progress.

In reply to: [WP smart CRM & Invoices FREE] Non vengono salvati i clienti.Buongiorno, nella griglia dei clienti le colonne sono filtrabili cliccando l’icona a forma di imbuto accanto alle intestazioni. Solitamente la ricerca si fa per ragione sociale/nome e cognome. Se non è sufficiente ci scriva che tipo di ricerca le servirebbe.
