Please make sure, if you have set proper colour in settings or it could be overridden from theme/plugins
Adding price for all variation can solve the issue(ie: it will remove the “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable” status and show back order status in listing and details pages)

Hi Tahir,
There is no option in the pluign to hide stock status for non-logged in user,
it could be conflict with some other plugins or theme.Can you try disabling other plugins and switch to default WordPress theme to find the conflict.
