Sorry the late reply but I went into the process of changing hosting company. Previous one acknowledge they indeed HAVE chmod disabled and no way they WILL ever go to enabled it. I then switch to another hosting company and everything is running smooth. At least I don’t have the above error message. I will conduct further testing shortly as DNS replication due to hosting change is still in place. I will post here should any problems arise.
