    Hi @antoiub,

    Thank you for your reply. I should have said ‘great plugin’ in my first message, I use it on many sites. The recent issue only affects the one site using GTM, sites using GA are working as normal.

    I have been through all settings and finally removed your plugin, opting to delete all data in Tools > Data. I have the same issue with a new installation on the same site, exactly as the code in my first message. Furthermore, I checked that the GTM container ID does appear both in the Wizard and in the cmplz_options table in the database.

    My next move could be to remove the plugin again and reinstall the previous version of Complianz, to see if that works as expected. As mentioned, it was quite obvious when Tag Manager reported the loss of data; when the plugin was updated to the latest version. I have tried deactivating caching plugins and will look at which other plugins were updated at the same time.

    Any other help appreciated.
