There is a .htaccess in the root dir. i have had a look at it with notepad2 and it seems to be a blank file. is this normal
I have tried installing from the controll panel and manually uploading the files. As to file permissions at no stage of the install has it asked me to alter any file permissions…. Which ones do i need to alter.
Have done so m8 at least 3 times
