In reply to: Multisite and email addresses @subdomain.mydomain.comNot a problem at all. I would advise the MX route, it’s simple to do and your provider will know what to do as long as they know basic DNS.

In reply to: Log in troublesCan you disable all your plugins by using FTP (rename the folders for all your plugins) and see if it works then ?
Edit:
Okay, I have clicked your login and see that you seem to be using a very old version of WordPress. If so, the errors you are getting is very likely due to newer PHP versions.
I would advise you to upgrade WordPress to the latest version unless you have very good reasons not too.

In reply to: Language SettingsThe plugin qTranslate should be helpful to you then. It allows you to translate a WordPress site into different languages and different languages for the backend.
You can find the plugin in WordPress Extend on this website.

In reply to: Native mobile siteI see no reason why not. Use a theme that is designed for mobiles and you should be set to go. There are also some plugins as well that will do this for you and also make wp-admin more mobile friendly.

In reply to: My Page Load..Accessing your website, I see my browser spent the longest on fbcdn.net which is the domain used for Facebook scripts.
Remove the bit that says “Siguenos En Facebook” and the Facebook script below it and see if it works any better.

In reply to: Language SettingsYou can install a plugin like qTranslate which allows you to translate pages and posts into other languages.
It also allows you to change the backend of things into different languages after changing a setting. That said, if you want WordPress in a different language have a look at this page – http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language

In reply to: Multisite and email addresses @subdomain.mydomain.comI recall cPanel by default creates a folder called subdomain.domain in your home directory so your wild card setup will no longer work.
If you have access to SSH, you could add the subdomain and then remove the data from httpd.conf so it’s only your wild card in there.
That said, couldn’t you use something like Google Apps or Windows Live Domains for your mail, so all you have to do is setup MX records ?

It sounds like your system is maxing out the POST request or there is a plugin that is taking forever.

In reply to: export all blogcontent from wordpress to bloggerAs this is a WordPress support forum, I am not sure if you will find much support in helping you to migrate over to Blogger so you may be better off asking at Blogger’s support page – http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/blogger?hl=en&utm_source=HC&utm_medium=leftnav&utm_campaign=blogger.
That said, I am not aware of any method of moving the images over to Blogger so manually may be the only method.
