I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve compiled all the settings in “forms” and “mail” as stated by @takayukister but it hasn’t solved the blank email issue? I can’t even tell who potential clients are because the information is blank?

Which plugin did you go with? I just checked out your site and I love the pop-up form! I’m having the same issues that you were experiencing with chimpmate.. I still can’t work out why it’s not working.
