Simply replace the URL with yours. That is where we are pulling the count from.

Go to Settings > Floating Social Bar
Make sure that you drag-drop available social services (i.e twitter, fb, etc) to the enabled services section.

It seems like a weird MS issue where the settings were reset during the update.
Go to Setting > Floating Social Bar
And make sure that you have services enabled. You have to drag the available services (i.e twitter, fb, etc) to the enabled section.

I tried this plugin on Twenty Twelve and the Genesis framework. Things seem to be working fine. The live version is running on Balkhis.com as well which is a Genesis child theme.
I really need to see the issue to get to the bottom of this.

More likely then not, this is a theme specific issue. Please post a live URL of where I can see this issue.
