Managed to do it. It was being called from sidebars.php which lead to sidebar-default.php which was the offender.
I think you’re right because the functions.php is a massive file.
I haven’t got a clue what to delete due to the size of it.

I’m guessing if I delete a certain section of it, it wont show up again when I create a new post?
