I am still searching for an answer to this issue. I do not see any issues when I do a site health check and do not believe there are any plugin conflicts causing it. It is very frustrating and the user who is not able to make a profile is also very frustrated.

I am still hoping to find help to this issue.

When I search users in the admin dashboard I only see one of those: https://maxfieldhockey.com/user/madelynn.taras.2/

How do I access the other one to delete it?

I do have the 2.6 version. That didn’t fix my issues.

I’m unfortunately not a developer and uncomfortable with trying #2.
