all you need to do is to uninstall the plugin. Even IF you would still have recordings Enabled in Smartlook Dashboard when the plugin is gone, it does not work. The only option what can be happening here is when the code is installed manually in the past via copy/paste directly in theme code. Make sure you do not have the code there: https://www.smartsupp.com/help/wordpress/#2-insert-code-manually
Hi, it must be done manually in the code using our API. It needs web developer to implement it: https://www.smartlook.com/docs/identify-visitors

For all listed theme, visual composer, woocommerce and WP version, similar combinations and also seperately, it is tested and works.There must be some other issue related to this, occuring on your sites, some specific condition for this to start the problem.
Very difficult for us to test it. It would need more info.
