Yes widget cache option is disabled
I had the same login issue frontend users weren`t directed to login dashboard and thus user appeared not logged in even though logged in in the backend wp admin user. Disabled plugin and all worked fine.
Tried clearing cache didnt work performed a database cleanup with all option now everything is working fine again.

Thanks for help didnt realise you could assign value in settings > general tab fixed problem. It installed that way.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce wont installI cant select any free theme I get the same message “requested storefront could not be installed” I dont think its installed already everytime I go near woocommerce in the wp admin menu it jumps me back into the woocommerce setup to stall at theme installation stuck in loop.
