@net4earning, can provide a copy of your wp instance without data to debug it in our development environment?
We are also very disappointed to. This is not the place to get support. As moderator stated in other review you should try get support to make it work. When thousands can handle this correctly why cant be with you. This may be issue with your csv itself. Get sample files and go far a test import, it should import like charm.
3.7 is in pipe line, more features are to be added. Probably in 2 weeks of time from now.
Kindly provide us a sample of csv for further analysis.

Free version not compatible with ACF.
Are you using version 3.6.1? Try reinstall plugin as error says some js files are missing. Also kindly cross check all js files with plugin repo here http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/tags/3.6.1/js/
We are working on this. This will be debugged and in next upcoming version.
This may be because of csv, try test with sample csv from here. If this can import you need to check your csv for issues.
Hope the UTF-8 without BOM worked as usual. Resolving the issue.

Yes, there are more features and options for most advanced import of woo commerce products. You can template, schedule as background batch import, remote csv import, ftp/external csv and flexible user performance controls etc. We do have a live demo also. Get more details here
