Just map the column wp_user_level to roles will work for you.

@paul Scollon, copy from donnytree wont work. This may be some other conflict. Did you tried disabling other plugins?

2) When creating a user a zoho contact will be created based on the User info.
3) The user info will be ( first name , Last name , Email ), Other than these three fields not supported for User sync.
4) The User sync is not updatable in Free version, Update record will only supports in pro versCheck it, it was already given. 03/10/13 04:55 can be used as date format.

Just checked with a test import and worked well for me. It is all about mapping your csv custom field to CF: {name}. Also so far no such issues reported by other users regarding default custom fields. I wondering how it not worked for you. If you add more details we can try to reproduce the same issue.
@vkumar14, we are loaded with no. of supports for all of our plugins. Some takes time for testing and provide right solution. Some can be easily resolved straight away. Hope you can understand.
Kindly read the plugin description, importer doesn’t support any third party plugin custom fields. If this is default custom fields it should be reported in support forum. And provide a sample of your csv as many cases solved from cs itself.
Yes we have it. From the phpinfo, it looks like PDO driver is not enabled for modules – dblib,odbc,pgsql,sqlite. Enable this to make this work.
Php info can provide exact solution in your case.
