Can you add a snap for this? also ensure that this not because of any plugin conflict. You can make debug true in wp-config to check for any warnings and paste the results here.
Update feature is available in pro edition only. And also is this any eCommerce plugin involved?

Sorry for the confusion. Due to recent changes in google authorship features this setting is no more needed. You can avoid this settings. Will be removed in future release.
To enable this icons in front you have to fill social info in each user profile. Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WP Advanced Importer] Blank ScreenOk, warnings that are generated by some plugins are causing this conflicts. Make debug mode true in wp-config and verify warning to find out the plugin. Either disable the plugin or update it if available to get this fixed.
@philzo, thanks for the response. The conflict may be because of the warnings triggered by groups plugin. You can enable debug mode in your wp-config file to see the warning message. If available you can upgrade groups plugin to get it solved.

May theme issue? switch the theme and test for plugin works or not.
