Ok, open your xlsx in excel and save it as CSV. Ensure Save as Type file type is CSV (Comma delimitted). Thats it.

Your csv getting cannot open error in excel. So I converted the provided xlsx as csv here, try import now with new csv.

Yes, you can use the advance filter options or post id options which is available to export limited posts.
Better add sample of your csv to get a timely solution.
You can mention for each row or post with (pipe separated) multiple taxonomies by name. Imported posts will be assigned to existing taxonomies and if not found new taxonomy will be created.
Now i got it. Image duplicate check feature is in development pipeline only. We had issues with performance factor which dramatically affected due to this feature. So our quality team pushed this feature back to future release version. Hope this will be integrated in version 3.9, for now there is no time frame fixed for 3.9 release.

can you attach the sample csv? Also ensure that the first column of the csv have no empty cells in any row till the end. We always advise to have post title as first column to avoid such empty cells. Let me know the results.
Kindly check your csv for urls on featured image column. This may happen if all image urls are accidentally replaced with same. If still think as plugin issue, let us know in detail.
