If I do as you suggest to the other person, will I lose my galleries or can I get back the photographs?

I’m not very technical, but I can tell you that PHP version is 7.3, WordPress is 5.1.1 and NexGen Gallery have the version 3.1.14 and is the latest update 7 days ago. Just now the swedish time is 10:25.
I have also problems and have lost the app to upload photos. I have still photos in gallery on my website, but can´t make a new gallery. I can´t upload an older version, it´s impossible, because it will land on the computer instead of the website. This happened problably after the last uppdate a few days ago.
