In the screen shoot area i use bullet point but its not showing anymore .Not sure how to fixed it

Actually i am not familiar about wordpress.
I want a home page where i want a still page and bellow this page i want to use recent post option .How can i do this?

i under stood what you mention.But after a static page i want to show my recent post.
