I tried reinstall the wordpress and copy the theme and plugins to the new wordpress folder. It works but it seems like all setting and data go back to the last time I create the new child theme.(about 10 days ago).
Now I just went to check the live server and see something has changed on the homepage and I tried to access to the admin area and Poof! it works. (which it wasn’t before and I did nothing since then)
So, since the live site works almost perfectly now I think I would better use data from live server and import from live server to local server.
