Sorry about taking a long time to reply.
Okay, so this is with ACF Pro – Version 5.4.8 and PDF Image Generator Version 1.4.8. There should be about 25 different fields added to each media attachment page. But when I have both PDF Image Generator and ACF turned on, none of these fields are viewable. There are no errors per se, just the ACF fields don’t appear.
In fact, looking at the debug bar there are no errors on the page at all when this happens. I’ve looked and it’s not a problem with screen options, and it only happens on the media attachment pages not on all the other pages with extra custom fields. and it works again when I turn off your plugin.
I absolutely *love* your plugin – it has all the features I need and makes everything so easy for my users (a group of old women who are not tech savvy at all!) – but we absolutely need this to be working in order to use the plugin. I’m not sure how to give you any more information!
