I want to thank you for getting back to me and for your offer to troubleshoot. I was going to take you up on that and logged into the backend of my client’s site to create a temporary Admin account for you, when I noticed that you’d updated the plugin yesterday, so I thought I’d better try updating it first. It works! Whatever you did between 2.3.3 and the current version fixed it. There will be a donation winging it’s way to you when the client pays me.

OK, I’m a bit surprised to have come in and found this topic marked resolved. Is anyone able to offer support/suggestions for my issue?
This isn’t the same problem as I’m having. In my case the entries are definitely not being written to the database.
