Figured out the problem. For some reason the “Today’s Leads” view was deleted. I added it back, searched for leads from today, and there they were. Sorry for the confusion!
OID is correct and Web-to-Lead is enabled. I’ll keep digging around. It might be my account. I generated a W2L form through Salesforce and it isn’t showing up either.
