    Our WooCommerce implementation had not been recently updated when this started; indeed, we had the version updated in hopes that it would fix the problem, but it has not.

    To be clear, this hanging submission form has always happened to a small handful of customers. What alerted us was the growing number of complaints about it; plus, none of the things we advised customers to do (e.g. try a different browser or an incognito window) were helping. When this hangup happens, we do NOT see a corresponding order on our end; usually our fix is to enter the order manually.

    Please let me know what other information I can provide.
