Hi again,

Progress report – got fed up of waiting for Hostzilla to assist me (still no response), I followed the instructions on how to change my password.

So step one accomplished and am finally back into my site.

It looks like the majority of my content is still there – but there the hack appears to have been via the Theme on my site.

I found the below article:

I’ve looked at the theme set up, and can see that’s where the string of code has been inserted – but I don’t know how to delete it..

Can it be deleted via WordPress or can I only delete it via my hosting site?

If I can get rid of that, I can then go through the other processes until Hostzilla finally get in touch with me..

Thank you for prompt response – unfortunately I cannot log into the admin panel to change my password as they have changed my details – when I filled in my user name to reset my password, the reset instructions never came through to my email address, so I think they have hacked that and changed the email details too..

I tried going through the resetting my password instructions by going to http://www.whatsthebestdietfor.com/wordpress/wp-login.php and I have this message awaiting me:

Hacked By DR-MTMRD

I’m sorry if I sound really thick – but this was my very first attempt at hosting a website, and I’m really angry and upset that someone has done this and I feel helpless to get the ball rolling (even just to get back into WordPress and delete and clense everything to start again)..

Any just to be able to access WordPress?
