Yes, that is the problem – I am importing orders from a different eCommerce site into Woocommerce. The other E-commerce site has an Order Id that I would like to become the order Id in Woocommece so I can easily cross-reference the two.
The order numbers that are coming over from the other eCommerce site are much longer than the numbers Wocommece is generating so they are not already in use by Woocommerce so I don’t see why new numbers are being generated rather than importing the Order Id supplied in the CSV file. I looked at the sequential order number plugin but I don’t understand how this would help in this situation. Please give more details.
