Hi gray13, we were able to locate your information in our system based on a different review you left. We are sorry to hear that you feel your time and energy were wasted as we were assisting you with trying to get your products approved by Google to be listed on Google Shopping and Smart Shopping campaign. Kliken could not find a record of cancelation prior to June 17th, and no billing attempts occurred after this date.

Each time you messaged our support team, someone from our team responded to you in an appropriate amount of time along with detailed instructions on what needed to happen on your end to get Google to approve your products.

Ultimately, Google has the final say on whether or not they will approve your products to be listed on Google Shopping or if the products are eligible to be run as Google Ads. We do try to work with merchants, such as yourself, closely to get the products approved through Google by offering insight as to why your products are not approved and ways to get your products within Google’s policies so they can be approved.

Your request for a refund was just made late on Thursday and it does take a couple of business days to go through our billing department for review to get a refund issued. Our team is reviewing your account now in regards to the refund since Google would not approve your products since they violated their policies for forbidden pharmaceuticals or products with misleading claims, and you not adding the GTIN information that was requested for your products.

We do have ways for you to be able to select and choose specific products that you wish to list on Google Shopping and advertise through a Google Smart Shopping Campaign. Here are a couple of helpful links to be able to select the products you wish to list and advertise. Hi Rainiedae. There seems to be a misunderstanding. We are not Google. We run Google Ads, but we are not Google. We are, in fact, Kliken, a Premier Google Partner, which is very different than being Google itself. It even says on our description page, “Google Ads & Marketing by Kliken” along with a badge provided by Google that we are a Premier Google Partner. And I can assure you we do not steal and sell your information.

We also clearly state on our description page “Kliken’s Google Ads & Marketing manages and automates everything you need to get your products on Google for $10/month.” and further down describes more about the $10 automation fee and that you can also choose to set a budget if you choose to run a paid Smart Shopping campaign. You chose to run the Free Listings on Google Shopping with the $10 automation fee that includes us providing the following functions for you:

– Create or link a Google Merchant Center Account
– Optimize Smart Product feeds with daily inventory sync
– Access free listings on surfaces across Google and the Google Shopping Tab

It looks like 34 of the 40 items you submitted for listing on Google’s Shopping Tab have been approved. Depending on what customers are searching for and how you have your products described are just 2 of many factors that determine if your products will be seen by customers shopping on Google. You do have some very specialized products available to customers, so that probably plays a factor in why you feel like listing your products on Google Shopping hasn’t made much of a difference that you are seeing.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback about our plugin. We are not sure how you missed the information about the $10 automation fee as our plugin details page says the automation fee is $10 at least twice.

Under the “About Google Ads & Marketing” section, it states “Kliken’s Google Ads & Marketing manages and automates everything you need to get your products on Google for $10/month.”

And under “Google Ads & Marketing Pricing” it states “THE KLIKEN AUTOMATION FEE IS $10 PER MONTH”.

Apologies for the oversight of refunding the $20. I spoke with our support manager here at Kliken and he did initiate the refund of the $20 today for you and emailed you as well to confirm.

I have reviewed your support ticket case, and it appears someone from our support team did respond to you the same day and even followed up with you the very next day, letting you know what the problem was. It doesn’t appear that we have had any communication from you since the response that was sent to you.

Hi sergesc. It seems the problem with your campaign stemmed from the fact that Google suspended your ads. I do see where multiple people from our support team attempted to assist you and contact Google on your behalf to try and get a resolution for you. And informed you that even though we typically hear back from Google in 1-3 business days, it could be longer due to the holidays.

We understand it can be frustrating when your ads are declined and unfortunately Google does not give us details as to why they suspended your campaign. I can assure you our company is not a scam and we do our best to help get customer’s campaigns up and running. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, we were unable to and did issue you a refund as you had stated in your review.
