    Thanks for looking into this.

    This is our ticket: Your request (8180127) has been updated

    We’re currently at the looking at logs stages. Replied back with the logs they requested yesterday morning and haven’t heard back.

    Seems like the app update broke something with us processing via the app. All worked fine two weeks ago and then the app updated and now it doesn’t work with reader or Apple pay. So I don’t think it’s a reader issue, but something wrong with our account integrating with app.

    Good thing we’re not relying on taking in-person payments currently. We do have a big live event at the beginning of June and if this isn’t resolved by then it’s going to be a big issue.

    Thanks for the response. Ticket has been open since Sunday. Waiting for response.

    Ace, I have the same problem. Did you figure it out?

    Looking at the PHP error log it shows…

    [16-Mar-2006 10:33:47] PHP Warning: main(SYS:/Apache2/htdocs/demo/blog/wp-admin/wp-settings.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in SYS:/Apache2/htdocs/demo/blog/wp-admin/wp-config.php on line 20
    [16-Mar-2006 10:33:47] PHP Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘SYS:/Apache2/htdocs/demo/blog/wp-admin/wp-settings.php’ (include_path=’.;sys:/php5/includes’) in SYS:/Apache2/htdocs/demo/blog/wp-admin/wp-config.php on line 20

    I’m not a PHP expert, but it looks like the Netware version of PHP has problems with finding the config files.

    Any help would be appreciated.
