Was that plugin (Iubenda) that has a configuration to block tag manager plugin!
Now that I changed the configuration, I can see the tag manager all configured correclty.

About Analytics, was installed not by me but other webmaster and I can see that he used Elementor code to put the Analytics code snippet, and as you can see this tag works normally (I tryed to add the Tag Manager Tag also in the same code, but nothing 🙁 ).
About Tag assistant I used the tagassistant.google.com (screenshot) and there I see just the Analytics tag and as you can see the GTM-KVW7QZDQ is not found.
