I didn’t come with a solution as I had planned, but there’s a workaround which is good as well. This works with an extra sidebar plugin. So for each different page in the shop where I want a different sidebar with text, a new sidebar is created. After that I just add a unique text widget with a SEO text.
The plugins I use are:
